Juno's Project Cargo team successfully completed the transportation and delivery of a 3,000 MT Transfer Press for a Tier 1 automotive supplier in Ohio, marking the first phase of a larger multi-stage project.

As the initial phase of four planned project segments, establishing a strong foundation was essential. The client's production schedule depended on the successful execution of this first move, making on-time delivery a critical project objective.

Due to the size and complexity of the equipment, Juno conducted extensive route analysis during the planning process. Rather than relying on conventional transportation corridors, the team developed a customized routing strategy designed to avoid jurisdictions that could create permitting challenges, operational restrictions, or unnecessary delays. This proactive approach helped reduce risk while improving schedule reliability for the project's largest and most critical cargo pieces.

Throughout the move, Juno coordinated closely with carriers, permitting agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure every stage of transportation progressed according to plan. Careful execution and continuous communication allowed the team to successfully navigate the unique challenges associated with oversized industrial equipment transportation.

The result was a seamless delivery completed on schedule and without incident. By successfully executing the first phase of the project, Juno established the framework for future project phases and reinforced the client's confidence in our ability to manage complex heavy-haul transportation requirements.
