From your commercial documents to your Entry Summary (7501), all your documents are easily accessible. Documentation is retained for five years to meet US Customs recordkeeping requirements. Automatic backup and management of Customs entry documents is employed as they’re produced or uploaded.
Customs release and entry milestones are updated in Entry Insight as soon as they occur, and Entry Insight is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days of the year so you can verify release any time you need it.
