A longstanding client selected Juno to manage the relocation of manufacturing equipment from multiple locations across the United States and Canada to a new production facility in Monterrey, Mexico.

The project involved coordinating more than 430 truckloads of heavy machinery, oversized equipment, and supporting components utilizing a variety of specialized equipment, including dry vans, flatbeds, step decks, RGN trailers, and custom transport solutions for large industrial tanks.

Due to the size, weight, and complexity of the cargo, Juno developed detailed transportation and loading plans while coordinating closely with carriers, customs brokers, and site personnel throughout North America. Team members conducted on-site visits in both the United States and Mexico to oversee project execution, verify cargo dimensions, and ensure safe and efficient movement of equipment.

Cross-border transportation through Laredo, Texas required careful management of customs documentation and regulatory requirements to maintain cargo flow and minimize delays. Juno worked alongside trusted customs partners to facilitate the clearance process and support compliance with evolving Mexican transportation regulations.

In addition to ground transportation, select time-sensitive shipments were expedited via air freight and bonded trucking solutions to meet critical project timelines. Throughout the project, Juno maintained daily shipment visibility, multilingual communication in English, Spanish, and Japanese, and continuous coordination with all stakeholders.
