The Project Cargo team successfully managed the transportation and delivery of a 3,000 MT Tandem Press for a Tier 1 automotive supplier in Indiana, demonstrating the planning, coordination, and execution required for large-scale industrial equipment moves.

The project involved the transportation of 88 truckloads of machinery and related components, many of which exceeded standard transportation dimensions and required specialized permits and routing approvals. Given the size and complexity of the cargo, Juno coordinated extensively with multiple state transportation agencies and law enforcement authorities across several jurisdictions to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facilitate safe passage throughout the journey.

Months of detailed planning were required to develop transportation strategies, secure permits, coordinate carrier resources, and establish delivery schedules that aligned with the client's project timeline. Throughout execution, Juno maintained close communication with all stakeholders, proactively managing potential challenges and ensuring each shipment progressed according to plan.

The result was the successful on-time delivery of all 88 truckloads with zero cargo damage. Through collaboration among carriers, permitting agencies, site personnel, and the Juno Project Cargo team, the project was completed safely and efficiently, helping the client keep their manufacturing expansion on schedule.
