About Journey’s The Road Home
JOURNEYS | The Road Home is a nonprofit agency providing shelter, housing, and social services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity across 37 communities in north and northwest suburban Cook County and southern Lake County, Illinois.
Through a comprehensive, client-centered approach, JOURNEYS assesses individual needs while also working to expand community awareness and involvement. Its programs—including PADS Shelters, the HOPE Center for supportive services, and Pathways Housing Readiness—work together to deliver coordinated care that helps people move from crisis to stability and, ultimately, toward permanent housing.
Empowering Change and Spreading Hope: Supporting Those Facing Housing Insecurity
At Juno, giving back is part of who we are. Through our Juno Cares program, our amazing team rallied together to support JOURNEYS. From collecting food and essential supplies to donating gift cards, we came together to deliver hope and help where it’s needed most. This effort is a powerful reminder that when we join forces, we can make a real impact in our community!
