As Juno continues to evolve and grow, check here to see what’s happening.
The COVID-19 pandemic has been a disruptive challenge for businesses everywhere. At Juno, we’ve taken these coronavirus “lemons” to make “lemonade”– focusing on new ways to deliver uncompromised service to our clients.
As many parts of the nation shut down in the wake of COVID-19, Juno committed itself to the safety of our employees and community by adopting a “working remotely” office model. The early months of the pandemic had us learning how to stay connected using the latest technology. Instead of walking down the hall, team members now stay connected with a click of a button and a webcam. (Sometimes sharing our webcams to show our furry four-legged assistants.)
However, sometimes in-person meetings are necessary. Juno has procedures in place to keep these meetings in our offices safe, following regular updates from the Healthy Workplace Newsletter.
This hybrid approach allows us to continue to provide uncompromised service while staying safe.
During the first quarter of 2020, Juno began to execute plans for an office renovation to its Itasca, Illinois headquarters. With a majority of our staff working remotely, construction was able to proceed with little disruption to day-to-day operations. Now our teams will be returning to a state-of-the-art office setting ready to fulfill your business needs.
